1. Introduction

    1.1. The 100 Club is a monthly membership operated by Moulton 77 Brass Band to raise funds for the Band.
    1.2. By joining the 100 Club, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. Membership

    2.1. Membership is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
    2.2. Each member is randomly allocated a unique number (between 1 and 100) upon joining.
    2.3. The cost of membership is £5 per number, payable monthly or annually.

  3. Payment

    3.1. Payments must be made by standing order, or cash, on or before the 18th of each month.
    3.2. Members must ensure their payment is received by the Band on time to be eligible for that month’s draw.

  4. Draw

    4.1. The draw will take place at the last Tuesday rehearsal of each month.
    4.2. Each number entered will be included in the draw, provided the payment for that month has been received.
    4.3. The draw will be conducted by at least two members of the Band committee to ensure fairness and transparency.

  5. Prizes

    5.1. The prize fund will be 50% of the total monthly subscriptions collected.
    5.2. The prizes will be distributed as follows:
    – 1st prize: 30% of the prize fund
    – 2nd prize: 20% of the prize fund
    5.3. Prize winners will be notified by email and text message and announced on the Band’s Facebook page.

  6. Changes to the 100 Club

    6.1. The Band reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    6.2. Members will be notified of any changes in writing at least one month in advance.

  7. Cancellation of Membership

    7.1. Monthly Subscriptions: Members may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Band. Cancellations will take effect from the following month, and no further payments will be taken. No refunds will be given for any payments already made.
    7.2. Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Once an annual payment is made, the member is committed for the entire year, and no refunds will be issued, even if the member decides to cancel their membership before the year concludes.

  8. Data Protection

    8.1. The Band will use members’ personal data solely for the purposes of administering the 100 Club.
    8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Band’s data protection policy and relevant data protection legislation.

  9. Liability

    9.1. The Band accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any member as a result of participating in the 100 Club, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
