Booking Form

Thank you again for considering Moulton 77 Brass Band. We are committed to promoting our performance at your event and reaching a wider audience. Please share any advertising materials you have produced, and we will utilise our social media platforms to maximise visibility.

Band contact details:

Upon arrival, the full band, consisting of 28 players, requires suitable seating arrangements covering an approximate area of 6 metres by 4 metres. Preferably, parking in close proximity is desired to accommodate heavy equipment, though not essential. All band members will arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the event start time to assist with the setup of all necessary equipment.

Payment Schedule:

• A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking
  • • • The deposit must be paid within 7 days of confirming the booking.
    • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined below.

• The client agrees to pay the remaining balance in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

Once the booking and rate have been confirmed a payment can be made via BACS transfer to the bank details provided.
Please note the band reserves the right to withhold performance until full payment is received.
The band will provide an invoice for all payments made, detailing the breakdown of charges and payment history.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all invoicing details are accurate and up to date.

Cancellation Policy

Please note either party may cancel the booking by providing written notice.

1. 1. 1. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the event date: No cancellation fee; any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
   1. 1. Cancellation between 14 to 30 days prior to the event date: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
   1. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event date: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of Moulton 77 Brass Band and does not affect any other terms and conditions outlined in the booking agreement.

In any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party that prevent or delay the performance of obligations under this agreement, please note the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit, shall be refunded.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government actions, strikes, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
